MaxGood is an AI-powered coaching platform designed for coaching practitioners of all kinds. As a platform built on the power of artificial intelligence, we take privacy matters seriously. In light of recent changes, releases, and additions to our product backlog and platform capabilities, we have made updates to MaxGood privacy policy, client data policy and terms of use.
What’s New On The Privacy Policy?
We have introduced a new policy detailing how data and interactions from a user account with multiple avatars will be managed accessed by avatar owners.
Privacy Policy Update Details
“If you have a user account linked to one or more avatar accounts, the administrator(s) of those avatar accounts may, at their discretion, examine the information you have provided as part of your interactions with their avatar. MaxGood.work enforces strict technical measures and procedures to ensure that your information associated with one avatar remains inaccessible to the administrator(s) of a different avatar.” Read the full privacy policy here
What Does This Mean for You?
As an Avatar Owner or Admin:
- Avatar Admins and Owners can view, read, and utilize the interaction data of only their avatar users, ensuring no data conflicts, breaches, inconsistencies, or technical inaccuracies.
- Avatar Owners cannot view all the interactions of a multiple-avatar user who is also their avatar user. They have the permission to view only interactions with your avatar
As an Avatar User:
- Users will be able to interact with multiple coaching avatars using a single MaxGood user account when the multiple-avatar interaction feature is released.
- Users should be aware that administrators of each avatar can view interactions with their respective avatar, but cannot access interactions with other avatars.
- Only users can view their own interactions with multiple avatars within their single user account on MaxGood.
As a MaxGood Agent:
- Agents who are admins of an avatar can only view interactions of the users of the avatars they manage, limited to the extent of their admin privileges, without conflicts, breaches, inaccuracies, or technical inconsistencies.
Updates To The Client Data Policy
We have also updated our Client Data Policy to reflect the RL/AI Transparency Feature for Interactions, ensuring greater clarity and transparency in how AI-coaching interactions are managed, stored and retrieved. Read the complete client data policy here
Updates To MaxGood Terms of Use
Additionally, we have updated our Terms of Use to incorporate these updates to the Privacy Policy and Client Data Policy. The Terms of Use now explicitly include these other policies as part of the overall Terms of Use agreement. Read the complete Terms of Use here.
